Still Austin WHA Single Cask Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Sale price$215.00

Texas Bourbon | Single Barrel | Cask Strength | 52.4% ABV

In April 2025, Brock — joined by a handful of WHA mates from Australia — travelled to the United States on a mission to hand-select our next single barrel bourbon. After touring the distillery and exploring the rickhouses at Still Austin Whiskey Co., the barrel that would become this release stood head and shoulders above the rest.

This is the first ever Still Austin single barrel chosen and bottled exclusively for the Australian market. Only one barrel was selected, and every drop of it has been bottled for you at natural cask strength.

Still Austin’s whiskey is made from 100% Texas-grown grains and distilled through their iconic 50-foot column still, affectionately known as “Nancy,” before maturing in sustainably grown American oak under the fierce Texas climate.

About Still Austin

Still Austin Whiskey Co. is one of the most exciting modern bourbon distilleries in the United States, proudly producing true grain-to-glass whiskey in the heart of Texas. Made from 100% Texas-grown grains and distilled through their iconic 50-foot column still “Nancy,” Still Austin has quickly built a reputation for bold, flavour-packed bourbon shaped by the intensity of the Texas climate.

A key part of their approach is ensuring balance despite the heat, including innovative maturation techniques like slow water reduction, where proof is gently lowered over months to enhance caramel and vanilla notes while preventing over-oaking. It’s this combination of local provenance, modern craft, and thoughtful barrel management that makes Still Austin such a perfect partner for our first exclusive single barrel release in Australia.
