Still Austin Cask Strength Texas Bourbon Whiskey

Mash bill: 70% white corn / 25% rye / 5% malted barley
ABV: 58%

The exclusive bourbon inside this bottle has been pulled from a single barrel, and hand-selected for its impeccable quality and flavour profile. We then opened up the barrel and bottled it at "cask strength" meaning the whiskey was bottled at the same proof at which it was aged. The result is a masterpiece of uniquely dark and complex flavours, intermingled with suprisingly bright notes and the exuberant spice of rye.

Aroma: brandied cherries, mint, cinnamon toast
Taste: grilled peach, butterscotch-pecan pie, brown sugar
Finish: rye spice, nutmeg, clove — dense, dessert-like sweetness and layered oak spice
