Brieuc Quiniou from Cerbaco guided us through 6 whiskeys while educating us on some of the processes that have earned Willett a reputation for producing some of the best whiskey in the World! We were lucky enough to hold this event at The Elysian Whisky Bar, in Fitzroy. I highly recommend stopping in if you're ever looking for a good dram in Melbourne!
